CR 820 W: Improved Visibility, Operating Efficiency and Highway Class Machine Features

BOMAG 8-foot (2.4 meter) wheeled pavers feature a new operator’s platform, new controls and improved visibility.

Features may include:

Smart track tensioning
  • Provides the correct track tension regardless of direction of operation and Increases track life.
Efficiant fume recovery
  • Asphalt fumes and heat are drawn directly from the head of material and exit through the engine exhaust.
Frame Raise
  • BOMAG Frame Raise system offers improved ground clearance for maneuvering around obstacles and loading/unloading of the machine. It also allows the paver operator to fine-tune the head of the material to achieve the best mat quality.
Twin counter rotating augers
  • Reblend 100% of the asphalt mix. Eliminates thermal and material segregation
